JAMES A. PANNONE was admitted to the New York and New Jersey State Bars in 1996. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He graduated from St. John’s University, College of Business Administration (B.S. in Finance, Magna Cum Laude, 1992). He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 1995. Mr. Pannone began his legal career as an associate with the firm, Amabile & Erman and then with the firm Dwyer & Taglia. In 1997, he became General Counsel to Atlantic-Heydt, a large New York City scaffold and hoist company. He then joined the firm of Ronan, Tuzzio & Giannone. In 2006, he joined Morris Duffy Alonso & Faley and became a partner in 2011. The majority of his career has been spent defending medical malpractice actions and other complex matters. He has successfully represented hospitals, doctors, nurses, and companies in all stages of the litigation process. Mr. Pannone is married with four children.
