LINA C. ROSSILLO, admitted to bar, 2001, New York. U.S. District Court, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Education: Fordham University (B.A., 1997); Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center J.D., 2000). Member: American Bar Association and New York State Bar Association. Mrs. Rossillo has worked exclusively in the civil litigation field since graduating from law school. She became associated with Morris Duffy Alonso & Faley in October of 2001 and became a partner in 2011. Mrs. Rossillo specializes in civil litigation with an emphasis on Construction Litigation (inclusive of contract disputes, insurance coverage and priority, and NYS Labor Law), Professional Liability (including architects and engineers), premises liability and security cases.
