MICHAEL B. TITOWSKY, was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1982. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.Mr. Titowsky earned a BA from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia in 1978. He received his J.D. in 1981 from St. John's University.Mr. Titowsky has worked exclusively in the civil litigation field since his graduation from law school. He became associated with Morris Duffy Alonso & Faley in August of 1993 and became a partner in 1997.Mr. Titowsky specializes in civil litigation and trial work with an emphasis on premises liability and premises security cases. He has tried cases in all five boroughs of New York City, but can most often be found in the Bronx or in Brooklyn. He also heads the firm's IT and communications department.Mr. Titowsky has published legal articles in The Torts Insurance and Compensation Journal of the New York State Bar and has also lectured on various topics at insurance companies and bar associations.Mr. Titowsky is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Bronx County Bar Association. Mr. Titowsky is married to Jeannette B. Price and has two daughters. He lives on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, where he is active in community affairs, including the Riverside Park Coalition, the Parents Association at Trevor Day School and the West Side Soccer League.
