Morris Duffy Alonso & Faley's billing rates are among the most reasonable in the New York area.  We also have task billing and special fee arrangements for some of our clients.  This includes task billing for general liability cases, as well as No-Fault and PIP cases.

With respect to voluntary arbitrations and mediations of cases, we have designed flat fee arrangements for cases that are submitted to early dispute resolution forums.  We encourage our clients to engage in these practices whenever appropriate.
