AMANDA M. ZEFI is a partner practicing in the fields of Insurance Coverage, Municipal Liability, Premises Liability, and General Liability. Amanda co-chairs the firm's Insurance Coverage Group, representing insurers in federal and state litigation, arbitration and mediation in various coverage and bad faith matters involving Commercial General Liability, Auto Liability, and other lines of insurance. She specializes in coverage matters involving high-exposure ride-share and UM/SUM disputes. Amanda also defends cities, villages, and towns in federal and state court litigation arising from employment discrimination, civil rights, slip-and-fall accidents, vehicular liability, dangerous conditions of public property, and other personal injury claims. She is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey and has argued cases before the Appellate Division Second Department, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
