Bio

ARDINEZ A. DOMGJONI focuses his practice on defending complex construction, premises liability, automobile, and general liability matters throughout New York. Drawing on nearly a decade of litigation experience, he represents municipalities, insurers, commercial entities, property owners, contractors, and individuals in high-exposure personal injury litigation.

Known for his practical, strategic approach to litigation, Mr. Domgjoni guides clients through every stage of a case—from early evaluation and discovery through motion practice, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation. He has extensive experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions, conducting depositions, preparing witnesses, negotiating favorable resolutions, and advising clients on litigation strategy and risk management.

Prior to joining Morris Duffy Alonso Faley & Pitcoff, Mr. Domgjoni practiced at several prominent litigation firms, where he defended clients in New York Labor Law, premises liability, automobile liability, products liability, securities litigation, and FINRA arbitration matters. His broad litigation background enables him to efficiently evaluate complex claims and develop practical strategies tailored to each client's objectives.

Mr. Domgjoni received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where he served as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Writing and Torts, completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Susan D. Wigenton of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and was awarded an Eagleton Institute of Politics Fellowship. He earned his B.A., cum laude, in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Fordham University.

He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, and the District of New Jersey.
