CHRISTOPHER M. ROGERS joined MDAFP as a partner in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rogers was a partner at O'Connor, O'Connor, Hintz & Deveney, LLP. He was previously an associate with the firm O'Brien, McGarry, Murtaugh & Mayr. Mr. Rogers has extensive trial experience in the areas of premises and automotive liability, property damage, municipal and public authority tort litigation and medical and dental malpractice. He is admitted to practice in both New York State and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. At MDAFP, Mr. Rogers focuses primarily on general liability, premises and automotive liability, construction accidents and public authority tort litigation.
