Bio

CRISTINA A. SOLLER joined MDAFP as an associate in 2017 and became partner in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Soller represented the City of New York on a wide variety of tort matters including NYPD false arrest and excessive force, premises liability, Department of Education school supervision and assault, and motor vehicle accident cases. At MDAFP, Ms. Soller concentrates on the defense of municipal clients in cases involving civil rights, employment discrimination, labor law, and motor vehicle accident cases. Ms. Soller also focuses on the defense of building owners and tenants in a wide variety of premises liability cases. Ms. Soller has also tried several cases in both State and Federal Court.

  • Ms. Soller was Editor-in Chief of the Moot Court Honors Board at Touro Law School.
  • Ms. Soller won first place at the Touro John S. Bainbridge Moot Court Competition
