Daniela A. Rapisardi joined MDAFP as an Associate in 2026. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rapisardi primarily represented municipal defendants, including Con Edison, the City of New York, and the New York City Transit Authority. She gained extensive experience handling premises liability matters, motor vehicle accident litigation, negligent supervision claims, civil rights cases, and other high-exposure personal injury actions.
During law school, Ms. Rapisardi served as an Associate Managing Editor of the St. John's Law Review.
