DAVID O. FAMUYIDE joined Morris Duffy Alonso Faley & Pitcoff as an associate in 2026. He has practiced exclusively in civil litigation since completing law school. He focuses his practice on the defense of motor vehicle, premises and municipal liability cases in New York and New Jersey.
Mr. Famuyide has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants, providing him with a comprehensive perspective on case strategy and trial advocacy. Prior to joining MDAFP, Mr. Famuyide, worked in mass torts prosecuting and managing complex civil litigation cases.
