DONNA M. WHITE first joined MDAFP after graduating from law school in 1997. She has practiced insurance defense for her entire career. Ms. White has focused her practice in the northern counties of New York concentrating on municipal law, premises liability, labor law, property damage, auto, flooding and drainage, special use, pursuit cases, improper highway design and assumption of risk in sporting activities. Ms. White has obtained countless dismissals in these areas, most notably on behalf of municipalities based upon the strong immunities they are afforded.
