IRA E. GOLDSTEIN joined MDAFP as an associate in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Goldstein was a senior associate at O'Connor, O'Connor, Hintz & Deveney, LLP. Mr. Goldstein has litigation experience in the areas of insurance law, labor law, and negligence, as well as experience in real estate transactions. At MDAFP, Mr. Goldstein is a member of the firm's appellate team, where he primarily focuses on dispositive motions and appellate litigation, and has secured numerous favorable decisions on behalf of our clients.
