Bio
JOAN M. COCHA brings a valuable perspective to defending personal injury claims. Before joining MDAFP, she spent years representing individuals and families who suffered serious bodily injuries due to the negligent or intentional acts of others. That experience gave her firsthand insight into how plaintiffs' counsel evaluate cases, develop litigation strategies, and approach settlement negotiations.
At MDAFP, Joan uses that knowledge to challenge liability allegations, and assess plaintiffs' claims for damages. Her understanding of both sides of personal injury litigation enables her to anticipate opposing counsel's tactics and effectively defend her clients.
