LINA C. ROSSILLO has practiced exclusively in civil litigation since the day she graduated from law school. She joined Morris Duffy Alonso Faley & Pitcoff in October 2001 and was elevated to partner in 2011.
Ms. Rossillo focuses her practice in construction litigation and New York Labor Law, where she is regularly called upon to defend complex, high-exposure claims arising under Labor Law §§ 200, 240(1), and 241(6). Her command of this notoriously demanding area of law extends to the full scope of construction-related disputes, including contract disputes and insurance coverage and priority issues, giving her clients a decisive advantage when navigating the layered liability and indemnification battles that define large-scale construction litigation. Beyond construction, she also defends professionals including architects and engineers in professional liability matters and represents clients in premises liability and security litigation.
