Bio

MEGAN K. BERNARDO joined Morris Duffy Alonso Faley & Pitcoff in 2022 as a legal intern and remained with the firm throughout law school. As an intern, she assisted attorneys with complex litigation matters, conducted legal research, and contributed to several articles published in the New York Law Journal.

Upon her admission to the New York State Bar in 2025, Ms. Bernardo joined the firm as an associate and undertook management of her own caseload. She represents clients throughout all phases of civil litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
