Bio
MICHAEL A. CZOLACZ joined MDAFP as an associate in 2014. He concentrates on matters involving municipal liability, including civil rights and employment discrimination litigation in both State and Federal Courts. While in law school, Mr. Czolacz was an Articles Editor for the Northwestern Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property.
