RALPH A. COSENTINO joined the firm in 2026. He focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation. He handles a broad range of cases including New York Labor Law, motor vehicle accidents, premises, assault and negligent security. He is involved in all stages of civil litigation, including case evaluation, discovery and motion practice.
Mr. Cosentino has been working in insurance defense in New York for 17 years. Prior to joining Morris Duffy Alonso Faley & Pitcoff, Mr. Cosentino was a partner at an insurance defense firm in the New York City Metropolitan area where he primarily focused on New York Labor Law.
