ROBERT S. DELMOND is a partner with Morris, Duffy, Alonso, Faley and Pitcoff. Robert was formerly a partner at Conway, Farrell, Curtin and Kelly. He has been in practice for 38 years beginning his career as an Assistant District Attorney for Nassau County, New York. His primary focus is the defense of various not for profit entities in all aspects of tort litigation with an emphasis on the defense of sexual and physical abuse claims, civil rights violations pursuant to 42 U.S.C.§ 1983 as applicable to children in foster care, wrongful death and serious injuries involving individuals committed to custodial care. He is an experienced trial attorney and has also served as general counsel to not for profit entities advising in matters including criminal investigations, employment issues, insurance coverage and contracts.
