Robert J. Bard focuses his practice on insurance defense and construction litigation. He brings more than four decades of litigation experience to Morris Duffy Alonso Faley & Pitcoff, having served as both a trial attorney and solo practitioner throughout his career.
Mr. Bard has defended a wide range of matters, including medical malpractice, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and general personal injury claims. His past roles include serving as senior trial counsel at several litigation firms and managing his own general practice with a concentration in civil litigation. He has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants, providing him with a comprehensive perspective on case strategy and trial advocacy.
Prior to joining MDAFP, Mr. Bard also worked as a senior document review associate at Keller Rohrback in Phoenix, Arizona, contributing to complex class action litigation.
