ROBERT S. WHITBECK joined MDAFP as an associate in 2019 and became partner in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Whitbeck's practice focused on civil litigation with an emphasis on premises liability and automobile liability. Mr. Whitbeck took many of these cases to verdict as trial counsel. At MDAFP, Mr. Whitbeck focuses primarily on matters involving premises liability and New York Labor Law, as well as appellate matters.
