Sergei R. Zaremba, Esq., is an associate in the firm's litigation practice including products liability, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, slip and fall cases, and Labor Law cases. His work includes New York State Court appearances, drafting dispositive and non-dispositive motions, depositions, and settlement negotiations. Prior to joining Morris Duffy, Mr. Zaremba earned his J.D. Brooklyn Law School in May 2025. During law school, Mr. Zaremba clerked for a New York State Supreme Court Judge, interned in banks a regulatory agency, a large-cap corporation, and in a Manhattan commercial litigation law firm. Mr. Zaremba passed the July' 2025 New York State Bar. Mr. Zaremba immediately joined a Manhattan plaintiffs' personal injury law firm where he clerked, and upon admittance to the New York State Bar, became a litigation associate working on personal injury and insurance coverage matters from pre-suit through litigation. Mr. Zaremba joined Morris Duffy in July of 2026.
Sergei holds a B.A., from Clark University, where he attended his entire 3rd year at the London School of Economics. Mr. Zaremba was born in Europe and raised in Greenpoint Brooklyn, New York NY. Outside of work, Sergei enjoys soccer, tennis, and avidly follows all soccer leagues in Europe. Sergei enjoys history, and speaks Italian, advanced Spanish, and some Russian.
