TIMOTHY G. PRYOR joined MDAFP as an associate in November 2022. At MDAFP, Mr. Pryor concentrates on a variety of cases involving construction/Labor Law, premises liability, auto, and municipal claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pryor was an Associate for Andrea Shapiro, Esq., PLLC, where he represented Housing Development Fund Corporations and Tenant Associations in non-payment and holdover summary proceedings in the New York City Civil Courts. Mr. Pryor also represented Housing Development Fund Corporations involving commercial and residential real estate matters in New York Supreme Court.
Mr. Pryor then joined Richard Freeman & Associates, PLLC as an Associate where he represented the New York City Department of Education in civil litigation auto accidents involving the Department's school buses. Mr. Pryor also managed civil litigation cases involving premises liability, construction/Labor Law, elevator, and municipal claims.
