VINCENT D. FINNEGAN joined MDAFP as an associate in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Finnegan was a partner at a mid-sized Manhattan law firm for approximately 25 years. He has extensive litigation experience in motor vehicle, transportation, construction defect, labor law, medical and legal malpractice cases. He has secured many trial verdicts in the State of New York. He has also successfully argued cases before the Appellate Division, Second Department.
